- In case that the confirmed date of reservation becomes a holiday (special, declared, or regular), or a long weekend, an automatic surcharge of P1,000 per room per night will be applied upon check-in without prior notice (please refer to signed surcharge)

- Charge 500/night for every pet staying in the room (Maximum of 2 pets)
Pet Policy
- The Hotels may allow the Client to bring pets within the premises provided that the approval of the Hotel has been secured prior to the intended stay. The Hotel reserves the right to limit the number, size and breed of pets allowed on the premises, Guests are responsible for maintaining control of their pets at all times and ensuring that their pets do not disturb other guests.
- The Client is solely liable for any damages or disturbances caused by their pets. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account for the cost of repair or cleaning.
- Pets must be securely leashed or contained when outside the guest room.
- The Hotel reserves the right to request the removal of a pet that poses a threat to the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.
No Smoking Policy
The Hotel operates a No Smoking Policy in the public areas and bedrooms except on the designated smoking area (The Oriental Legazpi is a completely Non-Smoking establishment). Should the Hotel believe that a guest has been smoking in bedrooms or any other part of the hotel, a Smoking Fine of Php 5,000 in all properties will be charged for deep cleaning and the guest will also be asked to leave the premises.
