Terms and Conditions
The number of occupants per room is limited to two (2) persons only, inclusive of breakfast.
The above rates may not be used in conjunction with other contracted rates, existing promotional rates, and packages.
Children eleven (11) years old and below are free of charge, exclusive of breakfast; maximum of two (2) children per room only.
The Hotel may allow the Client to bring pets within the premises provided that the approval of the Hotel has been secured before the intended stay. The Hotel reserves the right to limit the number of pets allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for maintaining control of their pets at all times and ensuring that their pets do not disturb other guests.
Pet charges – Php 2,500.00/night
Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out time is at 12 NN
For Early Check-in between 6:00AM to 1:00 PM and Late Check-out between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, a half-day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
For Check-in earlier than 6:00AM and Check-out beyond 6:00 PM, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
The Client is responsible for their personal belongings. The Hotel will not be liable for any losses within the premises.
A cash deposit of P1,000.00 per room shall be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges, such as breakages. All unused amounts shall be refunded to guests upon checkout.
The Hotel operates a No Smoking Policy in the public areas and bedrooms except in the designated smoking areas. Should the Hotel believe that a guest has been smoking in bedrooms or any other part of the hotel, a smoking fine of Php 5,000 will be charged for deep cleaning and the guest may be asked to leave the premises.
