1. Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
  2. Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
  3. Breakfast Buffet: Breakfast Buffet is served from 6:00am-9:00am
  4. Damage to the hotel property. Damage to the hotel property caused by guest and/or pets shall be charged at the discretion of the Management.
  5. Extra Person: Extra person charge is Php 2,500.00 per head per night, inclusive of one (1) breakfast and one (1) extra bed (optional).
  6. Visitors of the guest are allowed until 10:00pm. Beyond the given time should register and will be charged as an extra person.
  7. Hotel Deposit: The hotel requires a security deposit of Php 3,000.00 upon Check-in which is refundable (cash) or released (credit card) upon check out.
  8. All room keys issued upon check-in should be surrendered upon check out. In case of Lost/Damage, the amount of Php 500.00 per room key will be charged to the guest.
  9. Early Check in & Late Check out: Subject to room availability with the approval of the Management. Additional charges may apply.
  10. No Smoking Policy: The Oriental Hotels and Resorts supports the government’s Tobacco Regulation Law and has classified the Hotel as NON-SMOKING ZONE. All guestrooms are non-smoking even the veranda. The Hotel has its designated smoking area. Any violation is punishable by a fine of Php 5,000.00.
  11. Liability for valuables: The Hotel’s liability for valuables and effects of a guest are governed by Article 1998 civil code of the Philippines.
  12. DND and MUR: Guest must push the button located next to bed, to inform if they want the room attendant to “Make Up Room” (MUR) or “Do Not Disturb” (DND). This information is reflected at the indicator located outside of the room.
  13. E-vat: Government Expanded Value Tax (E-Vat) of 12% is added to your bill.
  14. Lost and Found Items: The Hotel reserved the right to store the following item for a short period of time. Valuable items are kept for a period of 6 months. If there is no response from the guest, auction to be conducted. Non-valuable items are kept for 3 months. If there is no response from the guest, the items are to be disposed of.
