Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out time is at 12:00 NN
For Early Check-in between 6:00AM to 1:00PM and Late Check-out in in between 1:00PM to 6:00PM, a half-day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
For Check-in earlier than 6:00AM and Check-out beyond 6:00PM, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
The Client is responsible for his/her personal belongings. The Hotel will not be liable for any losses within the premises.
A cash deposit of P1,000.00 per room shall be required upon check-in to cover for charges which are incidental in nature (minibar, breakages, among others). All unused amount shall be refunded to guests upon check out.
Any additional charges incurred by the guest shall be on the latter’s personal account and must be settled in full upon presentation of the invoice.
The Hotel operates a No Smoking Policy in the public areas and bedrooms except on the designated smoking areas. Should the Hotel believe that a guest has been smoking in bedrooms or any other part of the hotel, a smoking fine of Php 5,000 will be charged for deep cleaning and the guest will also be asked to leave the premises.
The number of occupants per room is limited to two (2) persons only.
Above rates may not be used in conjunction with other contracted rates, existing promotional rates and packages.
Children eleven (11) years old and below are free of charge, exclusive of meals; maximum of two (2) children per room only.
The Hotel may allow the Client to bring pets within the premises provided that the approval of the Hotel has been secured prior to the intended stay. The Hotel reserves the right to limit the number, size and breed of pets allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for maintaining control of their pets at all times and ensuring that their pets do not disturb other guests.
